gain. Was very helpful initially in helping me to find a place to rent which would not have been
as financially rewarding for her but gave me her time and commitment anyway. Eventually we
were able to secure a loan through the VA for a nice home in my price range which was much
cheaper a month than had I rented.. Her time and effort eventually paid off for her. She kept my
