type of repairs or work to your property. You don't have to worry about anything slipping through
the cracks because Teri is there reminding you what the next step is. I don't know about you but
we need all the reminders we can get. We have lots of friends who are realtors which can put
us in a difficult situation at times but this was our second time to use Teri and we just can't
imagine using anyone else. You will NOT find anyone more pleasurable to work with. We

6/3/17 Very unselfish and committed agent. Puts the customer first without regard to her own personal
gain. Was very helpful initially in helping me to find a place to rent which would not have been
as financially rewarding for her but gave me her time and commitment anyway. Eventually we
were able to secure a loan through the VA for a nice home in my price range which was much
cheaper a month than had I rented.. Her time and effort eventually paid off for her. She kept my
